Lasagna

Servings 8 people
Ingredients
- 2 ½ lb ground beef
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
- 1 lb sliced American cheese
- 8 oz cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 12 oz tomato sauce 2 cans
- 32 oz spaghetti sauce
- 1 onion chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook noodle till limp (cook in a little oil).
- Meanwhile, brown and chop meat, drain fat.
- Once meat is browned, add all ingredients except egg & cheeses.
- Mix cottage cheese and egg together.
- In a casserole dish, layer noodles, meat mixture, cottage cheese & egg mixture, cheese and end with noodles and meat.
- Cooke covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
