Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 1 lb sliced American cheese
  • 8 oz cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz tomato sauce 2 cans
  • 32 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 1 onion chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Cook noodle till limp (cook in a little oil).
  • Meanwhile, brown and chop meat, drain fat.
  • Once meat is browned, add all ingredients except egg & cheeses.
  • Mix cottage cheese and egg together.
  • In a casserole dish, layer noodles, meat mixture, cottage cheese & egg mixture, cheese and end with noodles and meat.
  • Cooke covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
