Pumpkin Pie

 

Hazel's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 Cup Pumpkin, cooked
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin spice
  • 1/3 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 Stick butter
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 Frozen pie crust

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized pot and heat to a simmer.
  • In the meantime, place empty pie crust in oven for about 8-10 minutes to cook slightly at 375°.
  • Pour mixture into pre-cooked pie crust.
  • Bake at 375° until middle is firm. Remove from oven and let rest.
