Hazel's Pumpkin Pie

Servings 1 Pie
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 Cup Pumpkin, cooked
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin spice
- 1/3 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 Stick butter
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- 1 Frozen pie crust
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized pot and heat to a simmer.
- In the meantime, place empty pie crust in oven for about 8-10 minutes to cook slightly at 375°.
- Pour mixture into pre-cooked pie crust.
- Bake at 375° until middle is firm. Remove from oven and let rest.
