Quick Salsa
Servings 8 servings
Ingredients
- 14.5 oz Ro-Tel can
- 14.5 oz whole peeled tomatoes do NOT drain
- 1 ½ tbsp raw jalapeños finely chopped, (include seeds for hotter salsa)
- ¼ cup onion diced
- ¾ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp sugar
- ½ cup cilantro fresh is best (optional)
- 2 tbsp lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to break down the tomatoes. Stop once it's the cosistancy that you like.
- Can be served right away but is better if left to rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. Stir before serving.
