Quick Salsa

Ingredients

  • 14.5 oz Ro-Tel can
  • 14.5 oz whole peeled tomatoes do NOT drain
  • 1 ½ tbsp raw jalapeños finely chopped, (include seeds for hotter salsa)
  • ¼ cup onion diced
  • ¾ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ½ cup cilantro fresh is best (optional)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to break down the tomatoes. Stop once it's the cosistancy that you like.
  • Can be served right away but is better if left to rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. Stir before serving.
