Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • ½ Onion diced
  • 1 Carrot diced
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 lb Ground Beef or Ground Turkey

Sauce

  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Coconut Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Ground Mustard
  • 2 tbsp GF Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet heat the oil.
  • Sauté the onion, garlic, carrot and bell pepper for 4 minutes.
  • Add the meat and brown it.
  • While the meat is cooking add all of the sauce ingredients together and mix well.
  • Once the meat is cooked through, pour the sauce in the pan and reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve on a GF bun or just GF bread.
