Visited Carpenters Cemetery today to try and locate a headstone of a recently departed family member. I walked through and around the cemetery about four times. I wasn’t able to locate her or a place where I thought she could be. On a good note though I found two unphotographed markers!
I also hopped back over to New Providences cemetery to try and locate the two missing markers from my last visit. Once again, I searched the cemetery over. But, right as I was going back to my truck I stepped over a small memorial. Setting side by side was the two I was looking for. While in-ground memorials are great for the keeper of the land, it makes them very difficult to find unless you know where they are.
